Burned Puppies Abandoned at TC Jester Park - SAFE with Scout's Honor

KHOU covered the story of the abandoned puppies that are now safe with Scout's Honor!  One of our amazing volunteers found five neglected puppies dumped like trash in a plastic container with burn marks running the length of their back at TC Jester Park.  With the amazing help from our supporters, we were able to save these puppies.
