Hi!  My name is Zoey.  I am an Australian Shepherd Mix and I am approximately 5 years old (they think I was born around May 2007).  If you are looking for a beautiful girl who will gaze at you with true love in her eyes, then I’m the girl for you. 

I am one of the most lovable dogs you will ever meet (even if I do say so myself).  My favorite past times are Snuggling, Car Rides, and TOYS!  I especially like the plush toys with squeakers.  Those are the most fun.  I’m very well mannered in the house and, therefore, do not need to be in a crate.  I walk well on a leash.  I will sit for a treat or when you bring me my meals.  I think cats are fun to chase, so I would not do well in a home with cats.  I would be best as a single dog, because I really do not want to share my new mom or dad with any other dogs.  I hope to find my forever home very soon, so I can be part of a family again.

I can be a little shy at first.  I’m kind of concerned about new people and not sure if I can trust them, but I DO warm up (I promise!).  I am now a happy, healthy house dog, and I am current on all vaccines, I am spayed, and I am happily heartworm negative.
