He is just the cutest and oh so laid back! Did we mention he loves belly rubs and loves to be a couch potato?!  He's in a foster home and doing great.  Talk about great manners and the perfect additional to just about any loving home!

No surprise here in Houston and considering he ended up at the pound, Vinny is heartworm positive, but don’t worry. Scout’s Honor is taking care of that for him and if you want to adopt Vinny before he's all clear (which would be great!) we will continue to cover the expense of his medicine and next heartworm check. We can explain it all but he's going to be just fine.
