Vadar

Meet Vadar!  He was picked up by BARC at a place where people leave food for homeless dogs around town.  Vadar spent a couple of months at BARC before he found his way into the Scout’s Honor Rescue program and into all our hearts.

Vadar was estimated to be between 1-2 years old & currently weighs 60 pounds.  He was a little underweight when we got him and has become a healthy & handsome boy since.  His foster Dad thinks he is closer to one year old as he is still very much the puppy.  Vadar is going to grow up to be a loyal companion and will happily be with you every step of the way.  He is by the front door when his foster Dad gets home, or if I his foster is in the front yard and Vadar is in the back, then his nose is under the fence waiting for him.  He gets along with other dogs and could go to a home with other dogs and he also does equally well when he is alone.  My neighbor could not believe he was the same dog when he was there alone and my others were at the beach for a few days.  He does not like a swimming pool, but loves the ocean! 

All you lab lovers, this is your guy!  One look at this face and I’m smiling with Vadar.  A happy dog in your life, makes for a happy life.  J
