What’s up? My name is Tuna and I am so thankful for my foster Mom who saved me after Hurricane Ike came to visit my city. I was hanging outside of her job wanting someone to help me. She even talked the bus driver into letting her bring me on the bus. I was covered with sores, bumps and bruises. Riding out that storm was crazy and I definitely do not want to do that again. Since I have been with my foster Mom I have had all my shots, I have been fixed and I am micro-chipped. I have also been going to obedience school. I am doing very well with that as foster Mom works on my skills everyday. I am also potty trained and crate trained. I do well in the car and I love the dog park.
I love all people and other animals. I am even good with cats as long as they don’t run away from me. I love to run and I have a ton of energy. I do need a lot of exercise, though. I will be good in a home with or without other pets it doesn’t matter to me as long as I have a forever home.
Oh, and one last thing, I only want to go to a home that will keep me indoors most of the time. I love going outside but I don’t want to live out there full-time. It is too hot during the summer and too cold during the winter. Plus I am such a love bug that I want to be with my family in their home.
I am a staffordshire terrier, possibly mixed with some american bulldog. I am about 9 months to a year old.
