Tugboat

Please meet our very well mannered young boy named Tugboat. He belonged to one of the kindest homeless people you'd ever met. So much so that he offered to give him up in order to find him his forever home. Tugboat was very focused on his homeless owner, well, the owner lived in a temporary situation and was about to loose that home so he allowed Scouts Honor Rescue to step in and assist. He is very passive in nature and appears to be a Shepherd mix. He weighs about 40 pounds. He followed the homeless man around very closely. He would not take his eyes off of the man. He is depressed and needs a new home to lift his spirits. Won't you please help him find a home. He comes fully vetted, microchipped and neutered.
