Meet Trudi! She was rescued from the Laporte pound after a long 2 ½ month wait! She is approximately 18 months old, full grown at 40-45 pounds and we think she is a Border Collie/ Aussie Shep mix. True to the breeds, she likes to keep busy and would do best in a home with an active family and/or another active dog. Trudi is a real love bug and as cute as they come!!!! She loves to sit in front of you with her paws wrapped around your neck and give you kisses and nibbles on your nose. She loves to entertain herself with her toys and she really likes her chew bones. Trudi can jump 5 feet in the air and will probably make a great agility/Frisbee dog. She has started obedience training and knows sit and is already showing improvement on her loose leash walking! Trudi is another dog lucky enough to get to stay at Happy Tails Dog Spa and being off leash with so many dogs all day says a lot about her demeanor and nature. She loves everyone!!! Trudi is very smart as are all Border Collies and can learn anything and very fast. Brainy AND adorably cute all in one package!!
