Meet our newest pup, Sway!

Sway and a momma dog, Evie, had been living on the streets for a few weeks being fed by several people. They were living around and under a shed in West Houston. Unfortunately, in that time they had evaded capture. Well, with Hurricane Harvey and all the rain approaching we were very concerned that they may not survive the storm, or may move somewhere else where we wouldn't find them. So with the storm approaching, and in the rain, we headed out to see if we could get them. Evie was easy to get, but Sway was another story. After approximately 2 exhausting hours in the mud and rain we finally caught the baby girl. Sway was very scared, but is super sweet and will be your typical pup in no time. 

Sway appears to be a yellow lab mix. She is likely a few months old and seems to be healthy.

She's at our vet boarding until the storm blows by, but we need to get her in a foster asap. If you can open your home to this sweet girl, please contact us right away at  info@scoutshonor.org . We can't put a pup in boarding!!
