Suzee

Meet Sweet Suzi!! She is an athletic dog who will do somersaults to catch a ball and would love to be your jogging/dog park buddy. She loves people and dogs of all ages and even ignores those pesky little felines! She is a giant lovebug that just wants to cuddle with you, and she'll even give you kisses if you give her a belly rub! She is a quick learner with an endearing personality who will do anything for a treat - she already knows "come" and "sit" and she loves getting a bath. Suzi also walks well on a leash and loves long walks! The top four things on her list of favorite things are balls, bones, squeaky toys, and, most importantly, YOU! If you are looking for one special girl that has been waiting a lifetime (literally) for her forever home, this is the girl for you!! This poor sweetie had been living at BARC since she was just a tiny puppy!! All of her brothers and sisters were quickly adopted but sweet Suzi was still waiting for her forever home to come along. She was finally out of time and was set to be put down when Scout's Honor rescued her as one of the original Death Row Doggies in January of 2007. This sweet girl deserves a FABULOUS home all of her own after all she's been through in her short little life!! Suzi is a lab, possible border collie mix with a very unique trait - her coat appears black in some lights and brown in others, making her a fashionable accessory to any outfit! The other great thing about Suzi is that she's low shed! Suzi recently attended the Houston PetSet Soiree and was a hit! She LOVED the band and the music and all of the people! She is a super social girl and you can't go wrong with her. Please pass along!! She is about a year old and is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and microchipped.
