Hi everybody! The nice people who rescued me at SHR want me to tell you about myself. So here it goes! My brother and I were found abandoned in TC Jester park on a very hot summer day. Someone had tied us to workout equipment and abandoned us with no food or water. We were so thirsty. I am not good at telling time, but the people at the park said we had been there for several hours. We were so scared that we had wrapped our leads around the equipment and couldn't lay down without choking ourselves. Then, animal control showed up to take us to the pound- yikes! Luckily, the awesome people at SHR got to the park just in time and told us we would be safe forever. What a relief!! But now that horrible day is in my past and I'm looking forward to my new life in a home of my very own.

They say a lady never reveals her true age, but the vet said I am about 6 years old. If you ask me, this is the perfect age! I'm not an energetic puppy and have had no accidents at my foster home! I enjoy hanging out and am quite accustomed to life indoors. I am well behaved, calm, low key and love to cuddle. If you let me, I will give sweet and gentle kisses to show you just how much I love you. I want nothing more than to be close to you. While I may not be a puppy, I still LOVE to play with my toys. A good game of fetch is always fun!

I am a beautiful (if I do say so myself), medium sized love bug. They say I am possibly a cattle dog mix, but I am happy just being me - a one of a kind girl! They say I am very special! I am super sweet girl and I love playing with other dogs. I'm not too keen on the bossy or bonkers ones, but another medium to low key dog I definitely can dig. My foster dad has a couple dogs that I got along fine with, including a blind cocker spaniel. Little kiddos are not really my thing as they are just too darn unpredictable.  My brother was adopted a while ago and I am so happy for him. But I often wonder when my time to be adopted will come. I am not a demanding girl, but my one wish is to find a home of my own soon.  I am spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations- so I am ready to be adopted! Could you be the one I have been waiting for?  You can email my people at info@scoutshonor.org to talk to me, yes me, personally!  Come on guys - help me find that home I have been dreaming of!

Oh, and I do tricks!  My foster dad wanted everyone to see how smart I am so he made a movie of me and you can check it out at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=510kw2Gg66g.
