Spencer!!! Spencer has had a very rough start life….. someone got tired of him and just tied him to a telephone pole on Washington Ave., its a very busy intersection right by the SPCA. In spite of having been abandoned and left for dead, he still wagged his tail and was very happy when a kind stranger came to help him. The next stop for him was the SPCA, but they said he would be immediately put to sleep so then another family said they would take him...then this family had to move from their apt and there was no place left for Spencer to go but the kind people at Scout's Honor knew that this boy had come way too far and survived way too much for him to be put to sleep so they came to his rescue. Spencer is now safe and sound in the Scout's Honor adoption program but wants nothing more than to have a family all of his very own that will love him forever and keep him safe. Big Boy has TONS of personality and you've never met a KINDER soul than this sweet boy!! He loves other dogs and loves to goof around with his person. The people are the kennel said he is the sweetest doggie that they've ever seen and he just LOVES everyone!! Never met a stranger and everyone is his friend! Spencer is neutered and up to date on all of his shots, he is also microchipped too. He is enrolled in obedience classes and is going great and these class continue even after he is adopted! I am Spencers foster mom, Spencer is FULLY Housetrained!! Is VERY well-behaved in the house!! He will play with his toys and keep himself entertained, and really just wants to be with his person. He LOVES to play ball and fetches very well too!!! Just an excellent boy… who loves to SNUGGLE!!! Spencer is about 1-2 years old and appears to be a chocolate lab/Great Dane mix. He loves kids and can stay inside a house for up to 9 ½ hours with no accidents in the house. He loves kids, and is a very fast learner.
