Look up the Wikipedia meaning of SPARKY and you get A SPARKLING PERSONALITY... which is the perfect description for Sparky! Just look at how handsome he is!  

 
Sparky is the perfect companion who is ready to jump up and play at any given time or go for that morning jog with you! He is also ready to curl up and lay beside you while you put your feet up and watch a movie.  Sparky is available for adoption thru Scouts Honor Rescue program. Sparky is a beautifully handsome fellow. He is approximately 9 months old and weighs about 12 pounds. Sparky is AWESOME with kids and is a great tug of war player! He is a little ball of energy! He knows his toys/bones and is out of the chewing up stage! Which if you have ever had a dog chew up your favorite pair of shoes, then you know that this is a HUGE +!!! Sparky is known to just come sit next to you and flop over in your lap and start snoring!
When he plays, he plays hard...when he rests, he rests hard! Other dogs need a playmate? Not a problem! He loves their company and knows how to back off when they have had enough playtime! Sure to melt the heart of anyone with those big sweet eyes! Sparky is crate trained and walks very well on a leash! A little more work and he will be fully house trained. He has encountered cats and didn't seem bothered by them one bit! What more could one ask for? All in all, he is simply asking for is a great home and lots of love!
