Shipley

Meet adorable Shipley!  Shipley is a little  terrier mix and is approximately one year old. He weighs in at 30 cutie patootie pounds (the pictures make him look much larger than he actually is), and he won’t grow to be too big—the perfect lap dog size.  You just have to meet this sweet boy, and you will fall in love!

Shipley was found abandoned at a Shipley’s Donut Store in the Heights.  He is just a precious little creature.

If you are looking for a dog who is a great companion—Shipley is it!  He loves to cuddle next to you (on the couch or in bed while you sleep) and loves to play (he is good with other dogs and kids).  Shipley is very sweet and will follow you all around the house and nap at your feet.  He makes the most adorable sounds—a bit of groaning while he naps or stretches.  He is active and loves to go on walks. 

Shipley goes to the bathroom outside, but still has accidents (after all, he is still a puppy), so frequent trips outside to complete his training is important.  Shipley loves to play tug-o-war and can steal socks and stuffed animals, so having some dog toys is highly recommended!

Shipley is not afraid of new people (does not bark at them). He is also good with other dogs and has learned to tolerate cats well.

Shipley is just a joy, and any family who adopts him will be very lucky to have him join their family.
