Shasta 2

Meet very precious Shasta!   I believe you all remember her plight.  She was picked up close to death and after a couple of months of TLC, she is beautiful and ready for her new home!  We also need a foster for her!  

Shasta is a sweet hound mix.  She came in to Scout’s Honor’s program in November weighing only 37 pounds.  She is now at a healthy 60 pounds, her coat has grown back in, and she is (surprisingly) heartworm negative!

  Shasta is a real lover and just wants to curl up next to you and be loved on.  She is good with other dogs, but because she loves humans so much, she sometimes does not want to share them with other doggies.  She is good in her crate and goes to the door when she has to potty!
