Scooby 1

Meet Scooby!  Scooby is in need of a foster, but let us tell you a little about him first.  Scooby was found by a Houston firefighter just north of downtown.  While the firefighters were making their runs, they noticed this little guy outside of a Walgreens trying to take refuge from the heat by lying in the shade under a sandwich board sign by the front door (pictured in the attached).  After a couple runs they still saw him lying there so they stopped and bought him some dog food and water.  He was friendly and let them approach him and pet him, so they contacted Scout's Honor (instead of calling BARC to pick him up, thank goodness!).  Scooby got to spend the night at the fire station and then was taken to our vet's office.  He is a scruffy little guy and is really sweet, he just needs a bath or two (he's had one so far) and some TLC and he will be good to go.  Won't you consider fostering or adopting this little guy?  We promise he will love you forever if you help him, and he doesn't take up much room either! :)

Scooby is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, micro-chipped.  He's 16lbs, about 2 years old and very healthy considering he was living on the streets.
