Sandy is a sweet Golden Retriever mix that was picked up by BARC at the end of May. BARC was excited because they discovered who her owners were and contacted them to pick her up. They were happy that a dog was going to be reunited with its owner. Unfortunately for Sandy, her owner never came. Even though they knew she was at BARC, they just left her there. BARC held her for 2 weeks waiting for her owner to come get her but they never did. So, as happens all too often, she was put on the list to be euthanized. When we go the email about her and were told how sweet of a girl that she is, and knowing that she was abandoned, we had to help. 

Sandy is a 4 year old Golden Retriever mix that weighs only about 40 pounds. She has the softest coat and is just so pretty. She seems fine with other dogs and every person she meets. She is just a doll, so won't you please consider giving her a chance and bring her home. We hate that this sweet girl that knows the comforts of a home is sitting in boarding, so please consider fostering this precious girl until her true forever home comes along.  Sandy is not a fan of the cats or small dogs, but is great with other dogs her size.

Sandy is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. She need's a foster!
