This sweet baby was found tied to a tree next to one of the bayous expected to flood!

Sabine was found in terrible shape. She was suffering from a severe case of mange as well as secondary skin infections that have left painful, itchy bald spots all over her body. This little angel is only four to six months and has endured so much pain, neglect, abuse, not to mention attempted murder, in her short life.

Worse than her condition is how she was treated for who knows how long! She was tied up with the intent of drowning her - she was tied right next a bayou expected to flood at any time now! This poor girl doesn't deserve this!
