Meet Rudie!

We received a plea for Rudie from a small local pound and we knew we had to do whatever it took to get him out of there. He's safe with our friends at  Vergi 24/7  and in AC for the first time in who knows how long, but he has severe medical issues that we need to tend to immediately. 

Rudie came to us in awful condition.  He was severely neglected, underweight and obviously abused.  When taking a closer look, we found a bullet still lodged in his rotted, infected jaw from where someone had shot him at close range.  He is with our emergency vets, getting stronger so that we can do the surgery to remove the bullet.  He is loved for the first time possibly in his entire life.
