Please meet Miss Roxi!!! Roxi was an owner surrender at the LaPorte shelter! She instantly became a favorite with the officers down there and they held on to sweet Roxi for 2 ½ months so that she could be saved by rescue. Good thing they did because we are in love with our Roxi! She was a huge hit at her debut on Saturday at our adoption event! She has got the hang of her basic commands and knows sit, etc already. She will be more than happy to take a good belly rub anytime you want to give her one too, she thinks those are the greatest! Roxi loves people and has never met a dog she doesn’t like (big or small!), but most of all she LOVES kids!! Roxi would make a perfect family pet! She is a 1-2 year old lab mix and full grown at 35 pounds. She is the perfect size! She has the sweetest and happiest disposition and even has a permanent smile on her face….life is good!!
