Meet Roscoe!

This is proof of 80lbs of LOVE!  Rocky was turned into animal control and given less than 24 hours to live - his sweet picture launched a whole COMMUNITY to come together and save him and it was so worth it!  Roscoe is a lover, just a goofy boy that doesn't know how big he is. If you are looking for a true lap dog - Roscoe is your boy. He loved playing with his friend Akelah (a 40lb scruffy momma) and loves to talk!  He is fully vetted and ready for a home!

He also knows how to "sit" and takes treats so gently.
