Meet Ralphie!  Ralphie was spotted by a nice Scouts Honor Rescue, Inc. volunteer darting in and out of traffic. Our volunteer scooped him up to safety. His family did not step up to find him as we looked hi and low. Not sure why because he is a true gemstone. Almost solid white with one large brown spot over his left eye. Makes our little soft coated spaniel look like a movie star minus the bling. He has a cute little under bite with also adds to his good looks. Ralphie is super friendly, very clean and white. He weighs around 30 pounds but is still young at an estimated 10 months old so likely he will gain some weight. He would do well in an active home with other dogs or kids. Sure he would be good in just about any home as long as it is loving and fun!
