Meet Adorable Pugsy! Pugsy is a precious little, well, pug mix who was rescued from Laporte pound. She is a darling girl, weighing in at about 20 pounds and is about 2 years old.
Pugsy is a mellow girl -- she is so sweet and friendly and not hyper at all. She is not a barker -- but in typical pug fashion she does the three S's (snort, snore, and sneeze). She is not a big toy player and wants nothing more than to be a lap dog. She loves to relax and hang out with her peeps and her four-legged foster sibling (as you can see in the pictures). Pugsy is extraordinarily smart and is house trained (and is great using a doggy door). She happily goes in her crate at night (although I bet she would love to snuggle in bed with you if given the chance!). She is a bit of an escape artist -- she can scale a baby gate in a single bound so she can have the run of the house -- so crating her is best if you want to keep her contained.
Pugsy is great with cats and other dogs and is very loving and friendly with people. She does like to protect her food, but she is not mean in any sense of the word.
