Pip

FOSTER NEEDED!
Meet Pip, our gorgeous Chocolate Lab!  This sweet boy was picked up by animal control as a stray and ended up at BARC.  We got him out of there as soon as we could and after having him checked out by our vets, learned that his horrific wounds were either cause by some kind of chemical burn or a grease burn.  Not only was he burned, but he appears to have had the workings of an embedded collar around his neck.  People really never cease to amaze us at their cruelty to animals!
Well, that's all behind Pip now and it's sunny days from here on out.  Pip is your typical awesome labby!  He's super sweet and loves everyone.  He's about 2 years old and other than the horrible wounds, he's very healthy.  He will make a full recovery and will not have any lasting effects of the burns.  We anticipate he will get along great with other dogs, like most labs  
Pip is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered just as soon as his wounds heal up.  Please consider opening your heart and home to this sweet boy.  It would really help his healing if he could be in a home instead of in a boarding facility!
