Peyton is a Boxer/Lab mix. She has the most gorgeous coat of fur, it is shiny and soft. Her pictures do her no justice. She is so so much prettier in person -- all the more reason to come and meet her. She has been in a foster home for about 3 weeks is just a very loving little girl!!!! She wants to please and tries her best, everybody is her friend and she is always happy to great them with some kisses, attention and some hugs. She gets along great with my other dogs and loves to bark at the cats. She is very curious of the cats and just wants to get closer, however the cats want nothing to do with her, so we get barking, but she has never tried to hurt them. She will find a toy or a rawhide and play with it by chewing on it for a while, then swings it side to side and then tossing it in the air, when it lands she pounces on it. So, she is self entertaining. She loves rawhides, bully sticks and any kind of chew toy she can find. She uses her front paws for everything - just like a boxer. She doesn't chew on anything she is not suppose to. She is kennel trained and almost house trained. She loves watching you do any household chores and always willing to help. She is a little girl that just wants to have fun and she wants to please, be loved and get love. She loves going for walks and I think she would make a great jogging partner.. She seems to be okay with kids at least when the girl scouts came around the other day she had lots of kisses for them. I think she would be a great frisbee dog, she loves chasing squirrels and birds and can really run and jump. As she has settled in her little personality gets cuter and cuter. When she thinks she is in trouble she gives "chin kisses" hoping this covers up the problem. She learns quickly and has learned a lot since I have had her. She is a real sweetheart and you won't be sorry you added her to your family. Peyton is a little over a year old, she is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and is microchipped too. Peyton has a fabulous personality that emerges more and more everyday. She loves people and just wants to be close to them. Given that she was at B.A.R.C. for so long she has learned quite a few things in her short time at the foster and she's so smart!!!. She is a very loving dog, very sweet disposition.
