Petunia

Meet our gorgeous girl Petunia!

Petunia was picked up by BARC as a stray along with her momma, Petal. They were both found extremely malnourished looking like skeletons wrapped in fur. Luckily BARC sent out an email that alerted us to their condition which enabled us to go get them immediately to start giving them the care they need.

Sweet Petunia is a petite Rottweiler.  She has put on weight and now weighs in at about 65lbs. Petunia is a little timid and gets a little frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. God only knows what that poor baby has endured in her short lifetime. She is in an amazing foster home with 2 canine foster sisters and is doing great.  She is a sweet and playful little thing.  She does great indoors and is crate-trained.

It is estimated that Petunia is about 1-2 years old. She is up to date on her vaccinations and is amazingly heartworm negative as well. She’s also spayed and micro-chipped.  She's the perfect size for anyone who wants a Rottie, but maybe not such a big one - she's a pocket Rott!
