Friends, I'm serious on the cuteness alert! This darling girl is looking for a permanent loving home. This is Pepper. The pictures simply do not do her justice. She has stolen the hearts of everyone she meets. She is a Benji mutt dog. I found Pepper this weekend at a Park and Ride next to Hobby Airport. The parking attendants said she had been wandering around for about 2 weeks and sleeping under cars. They had been feeding her bologna and otherwise watching out for her, but she was in danger of getting hit by a car. I took Pepper to the vet and got her checked out and shots. She is healthy as a horse. Then she got to go to Happy Tails Dog Spa and get a groom! She loved that! They put the cutest bows in her hair. Pepper is about 8 months to a year old. She is 36 pounds, but seems lighter than that (the pictures make her look bigger than she actually is). She is VERY sweet and laid back. She is housetrained and cratetrained and good on a leash. She is great with other dogs. Although she has yet to be around cats or kids, I would be surprised if she was not good with them too. We have scheduled a spay appointment for her with SNAP.
