Please meet "Patsy". Patsy was taken in to SCOUTS HONOR RESCUE when we learned that her owners and hurried out of their apartment and left lil Patsy
in the garage
all alone to fend for herself for over a week. She survived with a smile on her face.
Patsy's favorite thing to do is swim in the pool! Its like heaven to this sweet girl.
These pictures do her no justice on the cute meter.
Her hair will continue to grow out and she will be a shaggy love muffin..
Her hair is jet black curly and very soft. She weighs about 25
lbs but will probably fill out at 30 pounds. She
