Hi there! My name is Oscar. I am a cutie patootie cuddle bug of a dog. When you pick me up and hold me I make the cutest little cooing sounds. I want to make sure you know that I LOVE YOU BACK!!!!
I don't understand why I ended up at BARC, but boy was I happy when Scout's Honor opened my cage and picked me up. I know I am a bit older, most would not even consider me, but I am nowhere near done. I have loved life for about 9 years, but don't worry. I am in good health and have so much love still to give, I know it is going to take me a long time to use it ALL up. Plus, I am a chihuahua/terrier mix. We live a good, long time.
I am all up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. If you are interested in fostering or adopting me please fill out the appropriate application right away. These guys gave me this chance to find my forever home. I just want to help them as much as I can.
