Hi! I'm Olaf, and I like warm hugs!
This cutie pie was about to be euthanized at the Warton Animal Control when a doberman rescue reached out to us asking if we could take him. Since all of our doberman babies have found their home, we decided to help this guy find his!
Olaf was found wandering the streets, ripping into trash bags. His life has certainly not been glamorous in his short life, he is only about 8 months, but he is so sweet and loving. We know that with your help, we will quickly find him a foster, or even better a forever, home.
Olaf was taken to the vet where it was confirmed that he is just a little beat up from life on his own outdoors. There is nothing that a few good meals and a comfy soft spot to rest (instead of pavement or gravel) won't cure.
He gets along great with other dogs. He is a little shy at first but in minutes realizes that you are not going to hurt him and just loves to be the center of your attention. He is also good with kids, but might be a little strong (accidentally) for the really young. Kitties are meant to be chased when you grow up a street boy, so no point in risking that:)
