Meet our little Nico! Nico was rescued from the Laporte pound in early November. He was a mess! He had severe mange was missing about 80% of his hair, eye infections, ear infections and pneumonia to boot! It’s been a long road for this little guy, but he is a survivor and a very, very happy one at that! Nico is a Chihuahua mix. He is right at one year old now and weighs in at a heavy 10 pounds. He is super friendly, spunky and a very happy little guy! He is currently being fostered with other dogs (big and small) and loves them all. He has yet to meet a human that he doesn’t love either! He is so much fun to have around and is quite the fearless guy in the house! These pics do him no justice- he is so much cuter in person. If he wasn’t the fastest dog on 4 legs, we might have better pics of him. Nico is neutered, up to date on shots and micro-chipped. Now he just needs a home of his own!
