Hello my name is Newton. I am very unique looking (in a cute way) lil fellow. My undercoat is black and my outter coat is white with thick course terrier hair. I sort of look like that famous pooch on Wizard of Oz, (only just a lil better looking though). Makes me quite a "looker" if I must say so myself. I am a good lap doggie and weigh somewhere around 12 pounds. I was found and rescued from the streets. The nice people from SCOUTS HONOR RESCUE cleaned me up, combed my hair and just look at me, wow! I am light heartworm postive but on soft treatment this very moment. I come fully vetted and am ready to find a good warm home and lap.
