Meet the sweetest boy yet! Murphy had been hanging around someone’s yard in north Houston for some time. The people would not let him in their yard since they had their own dogs and promised to take him to the pound if no one would come get him. In fact they wouldn’t even feed him! Take one look at that face and tell me you don’t love him already? He literally oozes sweetness with every look he gives you. He is one of those dogs that you know is a really good dog the minute you meet him & you can’t help but give him a tight hug before you leave him. He is only a year old and is a tall & lanky boy at roughly 50 pounds. I would think once he fills out he will put on another 10 pounds easily. He is so sweet, gentle and eager to please. He was definitely someone’s baby as he walks like an angel on a leash, knows sit, down, etc and sits without being asked if he sees a treat in your hand!! Murphy came to us with a small mass on his chest which we had removed yesterday. We expect it to be nothing, but of course are having it all checked out. Murphy came through with flying colors and now he can hardly wait to get into a foster home or to find a family of his own right away! I already have this vision in my head of Murphy running through the yard playing fetch with a couple of kids while the rest of the family looks on, maybe even running back over to his new mom to steal a bite of human food in between. I can see it for Murphy, the good life lies ahead for this baby. Murphy is stuck at the vet! HELP! Please consider fostering this fabulous boy until his forever home is found!!
