Meet little Mookie! He was found by a nice person just wandering around near a dog park all on his own. The person tried to find the owners for over a week to no avail. We think this little man may have been dumped. He's just as cute as can be! We estimate that he's just 4-6 months old as he's losing his baby teeth. He appears to be a Border Collie mix. He's a very smart little guy too!
