Meet Miya!

Miya was rescued from BARC recently by Scouts Honor Rescue. She must have been a Christmas present that someone no longer wanted. Poor precious darling of a dog! She is still very young and we guess around 6 to 8 months of age. Once she got to the doggie playground, she opened right up and came out of her shell. Miya weighs in at a whopping 15 pounds. She looks larger in her photos, but in reality she is a tiny little girl. She might top out when full grown at 20ish pounds.  We believe she might be a Smooth Coated Collie  or Spaniel mix of sorts.  She has the sweetest pure black eyes. Miya gets along very well with other dogs and humans alike. 

Miya is currently stuck in boarding which is no place for a happy girl like her – especially still being a puppy!  Please let us know if you can foster her.
