Mia 2

Meet Max and Mia! Max and Mia were found at the beginning of October on Hempstead Hwy. where they appeared to have been dumped. A good Samaritan rescued them and has had them for 3 months. Unfortunately, the lady who has them has two dogs of her own, lives in a small apartment and can no longer afford to care for them and to top it off, has been told by her landlord that they have to go because she is over her limit. They interact very well with the 2 dogs she has and are very sweet. They have also been around other dogs of various sizes with no problems at all.

Mia is very timid, whereas Max is very outgoing and wants to be loved all the time. Max and Mia are both potty trained and have not had any accidents in the apartment. We would like to see Max and Mia go to the same home, if possible, as the vet said they are brother and sister and Mia is VERY dependant on Max...she follows him around EVERYWHERE. She was the skinnier of the two when they were picked up and she is a little skittish until she gets settled in. Both Max and Mia have been great around several young kids. These two cuties are sweet dogs that just need someone to give them the home that they deserve. We promise that if you let them into your home they will reward you with unconditional love and affection. Please consider taking these two easygoing sweethearts into your home so that they can have a fresh start to their lives for the New Year.

These sweeties are currently in boarding for the first time and are scared and really need to be back in a loving home.
