Maya is a super-duper sweet girl who was rescued from the Laporte pound about 6 months ago. We thought we had found the perfect home for Maya until we got a call saying that "due to the new baby starting to walk now" that they didn't think it was a good idea to have a dog of Maya's size running through the house. Their loss and Maya's gain because now she is going to get the perfect home that she deserved all along! Maya is 2 1/2 years old and full grown at 55 pounds. She is 100% housetrained, knows her basic commands and walks like an angel on a leash. She loves to run around with kids as she is an active and playful pup! She has lots of personality and a constant smile on her face. Why not let her light up your life??? She is spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. Since we just got Maya back, we would love to find her a foster home to stay in until we find her new forever home!
