Meet the adorable, incredibly smart boy  Max !

This poor cutie showed up at the home of an elderly man who would have loved to have kept him. But  Max  deserves so much more than he could offer.  Max  deserves a home with a yard to play in, a person with the ability to teach him things and take him places. If you are looking for a dog that would excel in training this could be your boy.

Max  is probably about 2 years old, and is guessed to be an Australian shepherd/red heeler mix…did we mention that he is super smart.

Max  is currently heartworm positive but will be undergoing slow kill treatment, which is completely covered and not an additional expense for his adopter.
