Mabel 1

Meet Mabel!  Mabel was rescued from Barc in January and is making her debut today!  When we got Mabel, she had a severe hernia and, what we thought was a lump in her side. Turns out, it was her kidney popped thru the hernia!  The good vets fixed her right up and she is feeling much better today.  Mabel is an adorable white and black poodle, 8 years old and full grown at 10-12lbs and has a very endearing little underbite!

Mabel is a delightful little dog with tons of personality.  Her personality has really started to emerge since all the trauma she must have suffered.  She cracks her foster Mom up when she chases her tail so cute. She tries to engage her foster siblings to play without much success, they would prefer to just hang out, but Mabel is so social, she wants to play with all.  She hasn't had a whole lot of exposure to toys we don't think & she is learning to play with them, however, she loves to chew on bully sticks and sweet potato chews.  She is super sweet, velcro and would like nothing more than be in your lap 24-7.  Mabel is house trained and great on a leash.  

Mabel is really a great little dog and still super feisty despite being 8 years!!  Wait until you see her dance around on her back legs like a little princess performer.  Adorable!!
