Lucy and her friend Ricky were both picked up as strays wandering around Galveston. Lucy and Ricky are both Rottweilers that are about 80 or so pounds apiece. They were both brought to animal control where no one ever came to claim them. Sadly, they eventually made the list to be euthanized. But luckily for them Scout's Honor Rescue was contacted and we knew we had to help them.

Lucy is a sweetheart girl who is very friendly and likes attention. Lucy is safe now in boarding, but you can tell she doesn't understand what is going on. She is sweet and warms up to new people right away. She gets along well with others and likes to play. Please consider opening up your home to this sweet girl and giver her the second chance she deserves.

She was definitely someone's pet at some point in her life as she seems to really know what it is like to be loved on and wants nothing more than to be right by your side getting pets.  She also knows "sit".  She is really a great girl and would make an awesome additional to any loving family.
