Friends - this sweet little doggie, now called Abby was found duct-taped to a trash bag on the side of the road in Tomball where it looked like she had been left and had managed to escape death from the trash bag but the trash bag was still taped to her. A kind stranger helped her and took her home and bathed her and is feeding her but since her own dogs are very dominant and aggressive, Abby has no place to go other than garage and is free to run loose and needs a foster asap before something happens to her. Abby is a very young girl, about a year old if that. She is great with the cats and other dogs. She is very docile and sweet and is just grateful for a kind hand to pet her. She is very thin and really needs to put some weight on. The lady that found her said she is super sweet and is a great dog. Scout's Honor wants to help Abby but we must find a foster her asap and get her into a safe situation. Scout's Honor will cover all of her vetting costs, spay, etc. She just needs a safe place to go.
