Meet Lore (pronounced Lori)!

Lore is an Australian Shepherd Mix who is on the smaller side (she only weighs 45-50 pounds). She is only about 3-4 years old, but has obviously had a hard life.  This sweet girl was an owner surrender and when we got her she had two severely infected ears that her uncaring owners must have ignored before turning her in to LaPorte Animal Control. Enough of the bad times for this little lady!

Lucky for Miss Lore she found Scout's Honor and now her old problems will just disappear! She is a very happy girl despite everything she has been through. Just look at that smile! She is in a foster home with three other dogs and gets along with everyone she meets. She is a bit timid when you first meet her, but opens up fairly quickly when she realizes that you are going to be sweet to her. She loves to snuggle with you and be petted. Lore is very gentle with everything she does and is sweet to everyone. She has a submissive temperament which makes her great with all other dogs.   She also rides well in the car and goes to doggy daycare every once and a while and does great there too.

Won't you please give Lore that second chance she deserves. She promises not to disappoint you!

Lore is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and micro-chipped.
