Meet Katy!
Little Miss Katy was wandering the I-10 strip last week, when our great, but homeless, animal helper Joe stubbled upon her dodging traffic. He got her to safety, but with no means to take care of her, reached out to us to see if we could help and we did!
Katy is approximately a year old and we think she is a Smooth Coat Border Collie mix, maybe some Bird Dog. She is PRECIOUS! She is 30-35 pounds now and should put on another 5 pounds to fill out, but that's it. Katy loves to play and loves other dogs. She is eager to please and to loves to get attention and hugs from her humans. Toys, tennis balls, she loves them all!
No one this cute or with this many kisses to dole out should be in boarding! Please consider fostering her if you are not in the market to adopt right now. We know it won't taken this angel long to find a forever home!
