Meet our precious Kara Brown. She is a fun loving, incredibly smart girl who is very eager to please her person.

 

Kara loves to play with other dogs and is great with kids.  And, she absolutely LOVES her toys.

 

A quote from Kara's long term foster, "I have had a lot of dogs in my life, but Kara's communication skills, situational awareness and problem solving abilities are off the chart." Kara will do her absolute best to understand your every word and exactly what you want from her. She is so smart and loyal. Her person will be the center of her world.

 

An active home that enjoys teaching her new things and taking her out for fun filled adventures would be a wonderful fit this sweet girl. Though she is no longer a pup, she has plenty of energy to enjoy each and every day. Kara absolutely loves walks and is very good on leash. She is also crate and potty trained.

 

Kara is a Shar-Pei/yellow lab mix and has the most expressive face, not to mention her adorable ears. She is about 5 years old now and has come such a long way since first coming into Scout's Honor. She, her mother and two younger siblings were all found together. We believe that they escaped from either a backyard breeder or puppy mill. Kara was in horrible shape but has left those days far behind. She is now a healthy, active girl just waiting for that right home to come along.
