Jethrow

Friends,

Meet very handsome Jethrow!  Jethrow is a 7-month-old red/white pit bull puppy who has a very outgoing and friendly personality.

Jethrow has a sad story.  He was picked up wandering on 518 in rush hour.  After spending several weeks at an animal shelter in League City, he was pulled literally on his last day.  When he was rescued, Jethrow was completely hairless with demodectic mange, full of round worms, hook worms, and tape worms but thank goodness heartworm negative!  Now a month later he has finished 2 mitaban treatments, is neutered, and worm free.  As you can see from the pictures, his skin is looking much better. 

Jethrow’s foster mom is a dog trainer, and Jethrow’s training has come a long way because she trains him every day.  He is currently learning his basic commands and can already sit, down, stay, and come.  He knows to stay off furniture and go into his crate for meal time and bed time.

Jethrow is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME with BOTH his 4-year-old and 1-1/2-year-old two-legged foster siblings.  He will play hide and seek with them all day if his foster mom let it go on that long.  He also loves a game of ball.

Jethrow is completely house trained/crate trained.  Everyone Jethrow meets is his friend and is immediately greeted with a "very happy tail."
