Meet Jack!  Jack, and his sister Molly, were parked on the front steps of one of our board member's office building a few weeks ago. A person at the office took them in and the office rallied to get them shots and a micro-chip. Homes were found for both Molly and Jack, but less than a week later, Jack was at Harris County!!  Jack he been turned in by the family that took him citing they just weren't ready for a dog, but negated to contact the good samaritan that saved him and placed him with them!

 

Unable to leave one we had assisted with a certain fate at animal control, the office once again rallied for Jack and he was picked up an placed right into a foster home. Now we just need a GREAT forever home for him!

 

Jack is very handsome Boxer mix who is approximately 12 months old now and weighs in at 60lbs.  He is a very tall boy, and its almost a little unexpected when he stands up. So handsome!

 

What is the quickest way to describe Jack? GOOF-BALL!!!  This big goof thinks he is a lap puppy and is happy to see if he can fit in your lap whenever you will let him.  Jack LOVES other dogs, big and small! He has done great at his foster home with his foster siblings, as well as every other dog he has met along the way.  He loves plush toys.  Instead of running to grab them, he tends to bounce over to them and sort of pounce. It's so cute and funny to watch.  He has not quite figured out why that dog in the mirror barks at him when he sees him.  Haha-  Jack likes to put his paws on the bathroom counter and check himself out in the mirror on a regular basis.  He is 100% silliness and definitely thinks he is a lap dog!
