Harley was picked up as a starving stray and eventually ended up in the Scout’s Honor Rescue program. Due to the urgent need to rescue her, she is currently boarding at a kennel.



Harley is very friendly, very submissive, and gets along great with other dogs and children. She lived with both for several months before her “benefactor” decided she already had too many dogs. A foster is desperately needed for this lovable girl, as she has some physical problems from having spent most of her life on concrete. She needs a soft bed and some TLC .



Scout’s Honor will cover all medical bills and provide basics such as food, heartworm meds, and a crate. Harley has been vaccinated, microchipped, and will be spayed as soon as possible.
