HarlanJack Russell Terrier / Terrier / Mixed (short coat) • Male • Adult • Small
Harlan is a precious little rat or jack russell terrier mix that found himself on the streets in Galveston County. Fortunately, he was picked up by the the folks at Galveston County Animal Resource Center who asked if we could help the little guy and we rushed to get him. He is estimated to be about 8-10 years old and weighs right around 16 pounds. He is super sweet and has the cutest little prance. And boy does he love pupperonis!!! He seems to get along well with other dogs too!
Harlan had a foster for a while but their circumstances changed and our little senior is back in boarding! It seems like our little guy might be going blind and while he's learning to use his other senses, he startles easily but speaking to him helps tremendously. He still sees to get around but sudden movements catch him off guard. He is still so happy and very sweet. He loves to sit in your lap and know he is safe!
