Gordie -GB

Hi my name is Gordie.  I was rescued with my sister Crema by BARC as part of a cruelty investigation in 2011.  Let me tell you, I was a hot mess.   Golden Beginnings took me in and nursed me back to health.

Now, I'm nearly 3 years old, I'm healthy, loveable, happy and a barrel of fun.   My foster family says I'm a sweetheart and a kissing' fool. Hey can I help it I'm an affectionate guy?

I love all people (young and not young), other dogs and indoor cats.  Outdoor cats are like squirrels- good for chasing.  BTW- chasing squirrels is my very favorite activity.  I also love to play but I'm not much of a swimmer or "fetcher."  I'll never be a Frisbee dog but thanks to FHO surgery my hips are healthy and good to go.

Don't worry about me being under foot I prefer to sit and sleep on the furniture.  It gives me a better view of my peeps and the room. 

I ride well in the car but pull when I'm on leash.  Okay, I admit I'm not perfect. But really, what more could you want?

Oh, one last thing if you say the "magic word" you MUST take me for a walk.  I'd tell you the "magic word" but that's a secret just for me and my forever family.
So if you've got squirrels I can chase, faces I can kiss and don't mind living with a mutt that LOVES life maybe you can be my forever home?
