Meet Flynn!! Flynn has an amazing story and quite a story...he was found wandering the streets of Galveston after Hurricane..a true miracle he was able to survive the flooding, tornados and storm..but some how he did and now has been given a second chance at life and is looking for the perfect home to finish off his amazing journey. Can you help by giving Flynn the home he so deserves??
Flynn was named after Erroll Flynn...the striking actor from the 30's. He is a completely loveable boy with his little black moustache and his bigger than life eyes. He’s also got a little white strip on his hip that my interns say looks like a band-aid. Flynn might be the most outgoing of all the dogs that were rescued from Galveston by a local rescue group - he is FULL of personality and has a zest for life unmatched by any other.
Flynn is just an amazing dog. He passed his temperament test with FLYING colors!! He did the best on his behavior evaluation stranger test; as the stranger just stared and stared at him, waiting for a reaction, Flynn just continued wiggling and blinking. The great thing was that, although he REALLY, REALLY wanted to greet the stranger, Flynn never got pushy or whining, he just kept on wiggling. I’ve got a great picture of that full body wiggle. He is really just a very charming and cute doggie! Flynn is also very good with other dogs and even does well with cats. He also does very well with kids too. You just can't go wrong with this boy!
Flynn is up to date on all of his shots, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. Flynn is about a year old and weighs about 50 pounds. He is a Staffordshire terrier/american pit bull terrier.
