Flex

Meet Flex!  Flex was found as a little puppy living on the streets and showed up an elementary school and was having lots of fun playing with all the kids…lucky for Flex a kind teacher rescued him and he was put into Scout’s Honor Adoption Program.  Flex was adopted by a very nice man but sadly for Flex, his owner was transferred to China and was not able to take Flex with him so we are looking for a new home for this fabulous boy!

Flex is 1.5 year old, male black lab mix.  He weighs around 35-40 pounds so is a great medium sized dog.  Flex is totally house and crate trained too.  He has completed an intensive obedience class and walks great on a leash, knows all basic commands and even can perform a few tricks – he’s a very smart boy that catches on fast.  Flex LOVES people and would be great with kids; he also goes to doggie day care regularly and loves other dogs of all shapes and sizes and loves to play with them.  Flex has also been around cats and did very well with them too.  Flex loves playing but is also a very quiet dog and doesn’t bark much at all.  His new foster has taken him to the dog park a couple of times and he just loves to play and run with the other dogs and is very, very social.  He also loves to fetch tennis balls and toys.  He also seems to like the water – he didn’t mind his bath and waded a little in the pond at the dog park too.

He is just an awesome, super-sweet, super-smart, fun loving guy that needs a home asap.  Flex is neutered, up to date on all his shots and microchipped too!
